Welcome to In Angel Arms

We provide comfortable assisted living and memory care for seniors across our three homes: Hopi House, Zak House and Graham House. Each location offers private and shared rooms, three daily meals, housekeeping, laundry and 24/7 on‑site caregivers. Private rooms range from $3,900‑$5,400 per month; semi‑private rooms from $2,900‑$4,000; respite care is $200‑$250 per day (three‑day minimum). Fees vary based on care level and room type; for personalized pricing please contact our admissions team.

To prepare for move‑in, please bring the following: a completed resident questionnaire, photo ID, insurance cards, and power of attorney documents. You will need current TB test results and a list of medications. Provide contact details for your primary physician, preferred hospital or funeral home, and indicate any DNR status. Families must also submit a security deposit, first and last month’s rent plus a 25% administrative fee (and dementia deposit if applicable). Residents should arrive with at least 7–10 days of clothing, toiletries, and personal items—we provide furniture and bedding.
