Angel Bed Program
Introducing the Angel Bed Program
In Angel Arms Assisted Living is proud to announce the Angel Bed program, designed to provide affordable assisted living care and give back to the Buckeye community. This program offers a subsidized bed to a deserving resident who demonstrates financial hardship and wouldn't otherwise qualify for financial assistance.
How It Works
A resident receives subsidized care at In Angel Arms.
80% of the Angel Bed program's contributions are used to support the following community programs:
Senior Center meals program
LKU Church and its programs
All-faith community church donation towards food boxes
In Angel Arms also serves as a resource for people in need in the Buckeye community.
Eligibility Guidelines
Must be a resident of Buckeye, Arizona.
Must demonstrate financial hardship and an inability to afford the regular assisted living rate.
Must not qualify for Arizona Long-Term Care System (ALTCS) benefits.
Must be able to be safely assisted by In Angel Arms staff based on their level of independence and medical needs.
Residents with mild cognitive impairment may be considered on a case-by-case basis as determined by a cognitive assessment.
Level of Care Accepted
The Angel Bed program is ideal for residents who require assistance with daily living activities but don't have extensive medical needs or require one-on-one supervision. A cognitive assessment will be part of the application process to ensure resident safety and suitability for the program's level of care.
What We Don't Accept
Residents requiring extensive medical care, one-on-one supervision, or who are diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or dementia, are above a supervisory condition or level of care, are not eligible for this program.
Minimum Contribution
A minimum monthly contribution of $2,300 is required to participate in the Angel Bed program.
Application Process
Interested applicants can contact In Angel Arms Assisted Living to inquire about the program and application process. The application will ask questions about financial need and medical history, including a cognitive assessment, to determine suitability for care.
Selection Process
Applications will be reviewed by a committee, considering financial need and fit within the In Angel Arms assisted living environment.
In Angel Arms Commitment to Buckeye
In Angel Arms is committed to serving the Buckeye community and believes the Angel Bed program is a valuable way to extend a helping hand to those in need, both within our walls and throughout the community.
